Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Free ground shipping is available on all orders of $50 or more, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders completed by 5:30 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders completed by 2:30 p.m. Eastern on Saturday also ship that day, while orders placed after the Saturday cut-off will ship on the next business day. Ground shipping typically takes one to five business days, next day air takes one business day, and second day air takes two business days where available. Please note that express shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only, and not all carriers offer every service option in every location.
Inspection & Returns
All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery, and all original packaging should be saved in case items are damaged in transit. Wheels must be checked before tire installation, including being mounted on a spin balancer for proper inspection. If any damage is found or if the wrong product is shipped, 1-800EveryRim.com must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, prepaid shipping labels will be issued, and an exchange or full refund will be provided once the item is returned.Shipping and handling charges are only refundable when a damaged or incorrect wheel has been shipped. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the product shipped was damaged or incorrect. Wheels must be packaged exactly as they were originally shipped, and if items are returned in damaged condition due to improper packaging, the customer may be responsible for additional fees. Shipping and handling does not cover mount or balance fees under any circumstances.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only on the same day they are placed or before the products are shipped.
Return Policy at Length
At 1-800EveryRim.com, we ask that all products be inspected immediately upon delivery. If any damage is found or if an incorrect product has been shipped, customers must notify us as soon as possible. Before sending any product back, customers must first contact 1-800EveryRim.com in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date merchandise is received. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are asked to save all original packaging, as it may be needed in the event products are damaged in transit. Please note that cancellations must be made on the same day the order is placed, or before products are shipped. In addition, customers are responsible for providing a valid tracking number for all returned items.
Certain items are not eligible for return. All custom finishes on wheels are neither returnable nor refundable. This includes instances where wheels have been chromed even though chrome was not their original factory finish. We stand by the accuracy of every order and guarantee that all products shipped will match the wheel ordered and will be in the condition stated. Wheels must also be inspected before any tire installation. Inspections should include mounting the wheel on a spin balancer, and we strongly recommend that customers request their tire technician to perform this inspection prior to installing a tire on the rim.
It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly identify the wheel and finish needed. Because we cannot always verify the style and specifications of a vehicle or wheel without seeing them, 1-800EveryRim.com cannot be held responsible for incorrect rim identification. To help with accuracy, customers are welcome to submit a photo of their wheel so we may assist in identifying the correct rim or finish. Please note that any modifications to products after they have been shipped will render them non-returnable. If a customer intends to modify a wheel, we encourage contacting us first for advice and having the wheel professionally inspected for roundness, structural condition, and completeness of all applicable parts.
If we ship a product different from what was ordered, 1-800EveryRim.com will provide prepaid shipping labels and issue either an exchange or a full refund once the product has been returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect wheel. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once merchandise has been returned in unused, undamaged, and uninstalled condition. All returns must also include a copy of the invoice and have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Once wheels have been mounted, they are not returnable. We cannot guarantee any wheels that have been damaged through installation or after mounting.
When shipping wheels back, products must be packaged in the same way they were originally shipped from our facility. We emphasize saving all packaging and inspecting merchandise immediately upon arrival. If wheels are returned in damaged condition due to improper packaging, customers may be liable for additional fees. Please also note that 1-800EveryRim.com does not cover mount or balance fees for any reason.
